What NOT to Submit

- **Previously Published Work:** Do not send articles that have appeared elsewhere online or in print. This includes your personal blog.

- **Press Releases:** Our blog is not a platform for press releases.
Submission Process

For a full article submission, send your draft as a Google Doc link or a Word document. If you are pitching an idea, provide a clear outline and a brief summary of your proposed article. Include any relevant writing samples you may have.
